Where in the World is the Bookmobile today?

The Marin County Free Library is getting a new bookmobile sometime between June and November this year. In the meantime, the Bookmobile is on a world tour and our staff members have caught it in film. Any idea where the Bookmobile is in this picture? Clues----altitude is high, country is located between China and India. Any guesses out there???
