What a joy to see the sun shine in the spring and catch the glimpse of beautiful butterflies in the air!  We have such butterfly treasures here in Marin----Cascade Canyon Open Space Preserve which is an amazing butterfly habitat.  Our own Open Space Ranger for many years, Bob Stewart who has written the definitive book on California butterflies.  And up in Sonoma County, the amazing Hallsberg Garden featuring the habitat of at least 40 species of butterflies!  Wow, get ready to be amazed by the hard work these tiny, delicate creatures do!
