  • MARINet Library Catalog

    The MARINet catalog includes the records for all the items owned by the seven public libraries in Marin and by the Archbishop Alemany Library at Dominican University. “Your library card from any one of these libraries is valid at any MARINet library. With certain exceptions, library patrons can borrow items from any MARINet library and return them to any MARINet library.”

  • California State Library

    The main catalog includes "books, documents, legal materials, magazines, journals, photographs, manuscripts, maps, videos, and more in the collections of the California State Library, including the Sutro Library in San Francisco." The State Library also maintains a catalog of historic photographs, drawings, and sheet music as well as a braille and audiobooks collection for patrons using the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped.

  • Library of Congress

    The Library of Congress catalog "contains 15 million catalog records for books, serials, manuscripts, maps, music, recordings, images, and electronic resources in the Library of Congress collections." In addition, the LC website is rich in other information sources including digital collections, links to current and traveling exhibitions, and thematic topics such as American History and World History and Cultures.
