Election day is rapidly approaching.  If you are a registered voter and would like more information on the candidates and ballot initiatives or have general questions about voting, have a look at the following resources :

The California Official Voter Information Guide provides candidate statements for races at the Presidential, Senate, and Congressional levels. Pro and con arguments for the propositions are also included.

For voter guides in other languages, go to www.voterguide.sos.ca.gov.  Large type and audio versions are available at http://voterguide.sos.ca.gov/alt-versions/.

The Marin County Elections Department provides general information on how and where to vote.   A new, free mobile app of your voter information pamphlet is also available.

To find your polling place and to get information on the people and issues on your local ballot, try Smart Voter, a site developed by the League of Women Voters California Education Fund.

Cal-Access provides financial information supplied by state candidates, donors, lobbyists, and others.
