Richard Haass will be the fifth speaker in the MPSF Lecture Series at the Marin Center on Monday, January 9, and Thursday, January 12.  He is currently the President of the Council on Foreign Relations, and was previously a senior aide to both Secretary of State Colin Powell and President George H.W.
