The California Digital Newspaper Collection is a freely accessible repository of digitized California newspapers from 1846 to the present.  It contains over 400,000 pages of significant historical California newspapers.

MasterFILE Premier

This resource offers full-text articles for nearly 1,700 periodicals covering general reference, business, health, education, general science, multicultural issues and much more. This database also contains full text articles for more than 500 reference books, over 107,000 primary source documents, and an Image Collection of over 510,000 photos, maps & flags. In addition, PDF back files for key publications including American Libraries, Foreign Affairs, History Today, Judaism, Library Journal, National Review, Saturday Evening Post are also available.

Newspaper Source Plus

This resource provides more than 1,000 full-text newspapers, including major newspapers such as New York Times (from January 1985 to present), Christian Science MonitorSan Francisco Chronicle, The Sydney Morning Herald(Australia), The Times (UK), Toronto Star, USA Today, The Washington Post, The Washington Times (DC) and others. In addition to full-text articles, thousands of television and radio news transcripts are available, including ABC News (American Broadcasting Company), ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation), CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation), CBS News, CNBC, CNN, CNN International, FOX News, MSNBC, National Public Radio, PBS and more.

Full-text articles of over 600 national and international newspapers including the San Francisco Chronicle (1996-present), the Christian Science Monitor (1988-present), the Los Angeles Times (1985-present), the New York Times (1980-present), the Wall Street Journal (1984-present) and the Washington Post (1987-present).
This database of articles includes professional journals, academic journals, and regional newspapers, providing either abstracts or full text articles.
