Discover & Go provides our library cardholders with free or discounted passes to local museums and other cultural institutions. Login to Discover & Go to see the complete list and if mobile or print passes are accepted.

Guidelines

  • To make a reservation, you must be 16 years of age or older, a resident of Marin County, and have a valid library card from Marin County Free Library or other MARINet Member Library.
  • Up to 2 reservations are permitted at one time.
  • A reservation may be cancelled only if the admission pass has not been printed.
  • The pass may be used only by the person named and on the date specified. No photocopies are allowed. Valid ID is required.
  • The number of persons admitted per pass and any other restrictions varies by museum.
  • Each Discover & Go pass expires immediately after the reservation date.

In their one-of-a-kind indoor and outdoor facility located under the Golden Gate Bridge, the Bay Area Discovery Museum facilitates child-directed, open-ended, inquiry-driven learning through play. Hands-on exhibitions, rich activities and risk-friendly challenges are designed to ignite creativity and advance critical thinking.

In addition to award-winning exhibitions, other offerings include hands-on free daily programs, special events, family classes, camps, school visits, parent programs and more to deeply engage your child.
