Gallery Route One in Point Reyes Station had an art show called the Wild Book Show last Fall. This show is a fundraiser for the Gallery's Artist in the Schools program. I was very excited to enter a book that I made from cloth of images of what I love that is wild about West Marin, the fog coming over the Inverness Ridge, cows on the green hills, swimming at Shell Beach and other scenes. There are 8 "pages" of quilted and stitched images, some with appliques and some with actual shells and wood. It was so much fun to make. I hope to do more soon. It is hanging in the Stinson Beach Library.
