Thanks to the Community Projects Committee of the Inverness Garden Club, there's now a beautiful path winding along through the garden at the Inverness Library. The path has long been a dream of Inverness volunteer Vivian Mazur, but the cost of the stone was prohibitive. Then someone thought to put a request out on the West Marin Share email group. Neighbor Katie Baxter immediately donated the stone, left over from a project at her house. Nancy Hemmingway says it's almost impossible not to go for a stroll on this decorative path. It leads right to a picnic table where she often has lunch - and now she doesn't have to get her feet wet and muddy to get there!
