How long can I checkout an eAudiobook?

Where do I see my checked out titles on the website?

Your checked out titles are displayed on the ‘My Collections/Checked Out’ tab.

How can I tell how many days I have left on my checkout?

Your checked out titles are displayed on the ‘My Collections/Checked Out’ tab. There are two locations where your due date is listed on the ‘Checked Out’ tab. The first is to the right of the title. The second is underneath the ‘Download Now’ button. This information is also displayed on the right hand side of the ‘Title Detail’ page for titles you have checked out.

How do I find out what I've already listened to?

The titles you have previously checked out can be seen on your ‘My Collections/History’ tab. Titles can be sorted by ‘Date Last Checked Out’, ‘Title’, ‘Rating’ and ‘Author’.

Is it possible to renew eAudiobooks?

One renewal per book is allowed for seven days. It is advised that you wait until return time or close to return time to renew a title. Upon renewal, the title will be checked out again for seven days.

How many eAudiobooks can I have out at one time?

Ten.

Can I return an eAudiobook early?

Yes.

How many holds can I have?

Three.

How do holds work?

  1. Click on the ‘Hold’ button on the right-hand side of the title detail page. You will be given your place in line and the title will be placed on your hold list until it becomes available.

  2. You will receive an email stating the title is available. For your convenience we have set the system to automatically checkout your title. When you receive the email, you can log into the Media Manager to download and listen to the title.

How do I cancel a hold?

You can cancel a hold from the ‘My Collections/Holds’ tab. Simply click on the link that says ‘Remove’ next to the title information.

How can I tell how many days I have left on my checkout?

What is a Wishlist?

The wish list is a tool, which allows you to keep track of titles that you may wish to listen to or reference at a later date. Your wish list titles will remain for a period of 90 days.

How do I enter in a Wishlist?

Click on the ‘Add to Wish List’ button on the right-hand side of the title detail page. The title will be placed on your wish list for 90 days.

Can I recommend a title to the library on the website?

Yes, go to ‘My Collections’ to access the ‘Recommend Title’ tab.

How do I create an Account?

Select the ‘Create New Account’ link in the upper right side of the screen, or select the ‘Login’ link and then click the ‘Create an Account’ button from there.

  1. Enter your library barcode and PIN

  2. Choose whether you are a Windows or Other (Mac) user.

  3. Choose whether or not to use the OneClickdigital Media Manager as your default player. This is the preferred method and it allows for the easiest download experience. If you wish to download manually, you should select No.

  4. Next, select a ‘Default Device’. If you are an iPod, iPhone, iPad or iTouch user, and also a Mac user, select iTunes as your ‘Default Device’. Users with a non-Apple devices select ‘Other’.

  5. Enter your First Name and Last Name and the Zip/Postal code associated with the address linked to your library card.

  6. Create a username and password.

  7. Enter your email address and then reenter to confirm it.

  8. Click ‘Create an Account’.

How do I log into the OneClickdigital website?

Enter your library card and password in the fields displayed when you click ‘Login’ on the upper right hand side of the website.

How do I log into the OneClickdigital Media Manager?

If you are a first time user, you will click ‘Add Account’ and enter your username and password into the appropriate fields. Then click the ‘Login’ button on the right hand side of the Media Manager.

If you are a returning user and chose the ‘Remember Password’ option, you can click on the arrow to the right of the username field and select your profile from the drop down list, then click the ‘Login’ button.

If you have more than one user on your computer, you can select your name from the username drop down and then click the ‘Login’ button.

If you are a returning user and did not choose the ‘Remember Password’ option, select your username and enter your password, then click the ‘Login’ button.

What is the OneClickdigital Media Manager?

The OneClickdigital Media Manager is the easiest way to download, transfer and manage your titles.

Using the Media Manager will require a one-time installation of a program onto your computer. This is a quick and easy download and can be done following the instructions in the User Tutorial tab. Once you have installed the Media Manager on your computer, simply double click the Media Manager icon on your desktop. Create an account with the same information as your library login and begin using OneClickdigital. We recommend using the Media Manager in most situations, unless you are a Mac user or are running anything older than Windows XP. Mac users can follow the link from the User Tutorial tab for the Mac Media Manager installation instructions.
