Are you hosting the Thanksgiving or Christmas feast this year, or throwing a holiday open house?  If so, it’s time to start planning your cooking.  The Marin County Free Library has lots of cookbooks to inspire you.  To get started, type the following Subject Headings into the Search Box of the Classic Catalog: Thanksgiving Cooking, Christmas Cooking, Holiday Cooking, or Jewish Cooking.  To look for recipes on a particular subject or part of the meal, try more specific terms: Cookies, Appetizers, Pies, Soups, and so forth.  Bon appétit!
